Winters technology department have designed and built a number of bespoke systems and applications for the M&E contracting and maintenance sectors.
The systems that are designed in two stand-alone modules Small Works, Testing and Maintenance (SWTM), and the second is Contract Estimation & Management.
Small Works, Testing and Maintenance System
The SWTM system tracks and monitors jobs to ensure they progress effectively, producing electronic job sheets for signoff, with date, time and location stamps for efficiency and tracking. It tracks jobs by status and can produce invoices and link with Sage Accounting System. It also holds and stores electronically, job details and can save documents relating to specific jobs and tasks to improve filling and speed access to information and documents.
Contract Management and Estimation System
The CMS & Estimation System manage contract works from the initial estimation stage through to contract completion.
