The principal objective of the Board of Winters Electrical Services Limited is to achieve and maintain a safe and healthy work environment whilst complying with all relevant statutory regulations. Our Health and Safety Policy is continuously reviewed by both our HSE Manager and our Board of Directors, so that we can stay abreast of any changes in legislation.
We have an on-going mandatory programme of training and awareness which ensures that all staff (both office & site based) are competent to undertake their duties and are familiar with the latest legislation.
We directly employ a dedicated HSE Manager and Safety Administration team to liaise with clients and their representatives to ensure our works are undertaken in a safe and healthy manner so as to mitigate the potential of injury to our operatives, co-workers and the general public.
All Winters electricians, engineers and contract managers hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) or Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) cards as proof of occupational competence.
We continue to maintain our CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) accreditation, are also fully accredited to both SAFEcontractor & Exor schemes, we are OHSAS 18001:2007 registered and anticipate upgrading to ISO 45001 within the next 12 months.
