Landlords, both commercial and residential, have a duty of care to ensure their buildings are maintained for their tenants, customers and staff, who occupy these spaces.

Winters have been awarded maintenance contracts for many of Londons prestigious properties including Albert Court, who is a client that recognises the importance of carrying out a Planned Preventative Maintenance programme, which is a way of tackling potential faults, before they actually arise. We have completed a programme of renewing the communal emergency lighting systems to the staircase, basement and roof areas.

Particular care has been taken with the selection of the fittings and systems, to ensure they were in keeping, with this historic and prestigious building.

Winters also provide ongoing maintenance for major landlords, one of which has over 20,000 tenants, both commercial, and residential, on its books. Our Planned Preventative maintenance includes emergency lighting upgrades and remedial works, fire alarm upgrades and remedial works, carried out by our in-house Winters Fire division, fault finding, and general repairs.
