Scope of Works
Phased laboratory upgrades
Strip out of redundant installations, installation of new & extension/upgrade of existing systems, comprising general power, lighting & fire alarms. Whilst the individual areas were closed for refurbishment, all other areas of the building remained operational. In a research/laboratory environment, site cleanliness was essential, & a major focus. Whilst working on this project we achieved, following appraisal & assessment, Preferred Status with Overbury plc, aiming towards their target of Perfect Delivery.
