Scope of Works
Cat B fit-out over 6 floors, lower ground to 4th.
The project involved providing the design, supply & installation of the building services infrastructure to the office areas to CAT B fit-out on all floors from Lower Ground to the 4th floor.
The services included the following;LV Distribution (including new LV switchgear, Distribution Boards, submains & controls cabling);Metering Infrastructure;Earthing and Lightning protection;General and Emergency lighting with lighting control;Containment infrastructure for data communication;Data/IT cabling and patch cabinets;Specialist installations (CCTV, Access Control & Intruser alarm, Fire Alarm, Disabled WC alarm, Disabled refuge, induction loops, AV system).
