Scope of Works
To extend & refurbish the East Wing reception area & Mezzanine level meeting rooms, & specified areas within Basement levels B1, B2 & Mezzanine flat roof area
Winters undertook the development & completion of the design & the entire installation of the electrical extension & refurbishment of various areas within the hotel, including, but not limited to;
LV distribution; Small power; Lighting; Emergency lighting & dimming; Fire alarm & voice evacuation systems; CCTV systems; Data distribution.
All of the works were undertaken whilst the hotel was occupied, therefore particular emphasis had to be paid to ensuring that minimal disturbance was caused to hotel guests, the general public & hotel employees.
