Scope of Works
Electrical & fire alarm refurbishment, fit-out & maintenance of various labs, offices & student lecture theatres & laboratories.
To carry out complete electrical refurbishments of designated areas within the Universities Malet Street site, along with other subsidiary sites across the entire campus, predominantly whilst in full occupation. The works mainly comprise the refurbishment & upgrade of existing installations, including switch-gear & distribution systems, as individual areas within the campus are modernised. On the basis of good performance we have subsequently established a relationship with the University to provide a maintenance service for fire alarms & emergency lighting, which has already been renewed on two occasions. We are now in the fortunate position of being a University named contractor, whereby the University specify to Main Contractors that they have to utilise our services.
