Scope of Works
Winters have worked for Freshwater Group for in excess of 10 years. We have worked closely on various projects including, but not limited to;
Periodic Inspection, Testing and subsequent repair of in excess of 2,000 residential properties;
Repair and refurbishment of common areas within multi-tenanted residential apartment blocks;
Inspection, Testing and repairs of various commercial properties (in terms of location, size, occupancy & usage);
Replacement of lateral main cabling to residential blocks;
Planned maintenance & necessary remedial works to fire alarm and emergency lighting systems within various properties;
Compliance audits, survey and report of emergency lighting installations within residential blocks;
Planned preventative repair programs for planned lifecycle replacement of electrical systems;
Installation drawings and documentation to meet health and safety requirements and current legislation.
