Cat A & Cat B fit out of office accommodation to 6th floor Full Cat A & Cat B refurbishment to 22,215sq ft floor space, including; New UPS & Essential power supplies feeding new panelboard via a new UPS system, LV Small Power, Electrical Supplies for Mechanical, Fire Services & Security Systems, Fire Detection System, Voice Alarm System, VESDA System, Gas Suppression System, Induction Loops, Lighting Control System, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Data Containment.
All finishes undertaken to an extremely high standard, incorporating LED mood lighting throughout the floor space.
