Scope of Works
Complete refurbishment of the electrical services to selected floors.
Complete refurbishment, including strip out, modifications to existing distribution system, installation of new small power, lighting & lighting controls, emergency lighting & illuminated signage, new fire alarm system, access control/security system, CCTV & disabled alarm, earthing & bonding.
Parts of the building remained occupied thropughout the construction period, so it was essential that strict guidelines were adhered to in respect of noise & conduct. Contractor : Occupier relationships had to be maintained at all times.
The completed building is to be multi-tenanted, predominantly utilised as office space.
