Scope of Works
Refurbishment of existing areas to create student 'social' areas, meeting & training rooms & a refurbished lecture theatre within the SOAS (School of Oriental & African Studies, University of London) buildings.
To undertake modification & refurbishment of the electrical installations within several specific areas of the campus buildings, to provide lecture, meeting & training rooms along with social areas. All works undertaken within occupied areas (mainly staff), & in accordance with in-house maintenance staff & procedures.
