The complete refit of an office building into high spec serviced offices, gym with catering facilities.
The property is an existing office building which comprises of Basement, Ground and First to Sixth floors above. The Basement consists of a covered car park, plant space and a GYM. The building has been completely refurbished to allow for flexible serviced office space, servicing multiple tenants. The design required retro, commercial feel with exposed containment and services visable at high level. Winters scope comprised a full design & build. The electrical services design comprised conventional power & lighting installations, along with other specialist trades and services. including standby generator, disabled refuge system, Fire Alarm System, and all containment for Security, Access Control, Data and AV packages
