Maintenance and Repair works in the heart of Covent Garden
This unique private members club in the heart of Covent Garden, London was founded by Paul Allen and Dave Stewart, for members of the creative industries to meet and collaborate. They spotted this old boarded-up building, the former St Pauls Hospital, and decided to restore the building into a hub for creativity.
The club which is now in its second decade has gone from strength to strength, the seven storey building houses a TV and music studio, a Gallery, Restaurant and Bars, a Screening Room, Hotel Rooms and the Oak Room for live performances.
Winters are currently employed to undertake the maintenance of the Fire Prevention and Safety Systems including; the Fire Alarm System, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Smoke Vents, Disabled Refuge, Dry Riser and Fire Suppression Systems.
