Scope of Works
Phase 2 of a major fit out project. Works included the fit out of ground & first floor areas to consultants design. Winters are also the current maintenance contractor for this installation, servicing the emergency lighting, fire systems, UPS systems and pumps.
Winters installation works included;
Modifications to lighting systems; Installation of new 500KVA generator set & associated controls; Underfloor power installation including essential & non-essential power; 300KVA UPS installation; Modifications to main switchpanel; Data installation; Power distribution; Fire alarm installation, including supression systems.
