Winters Electrical carried out the electrical services within the existing building for The Office Group, Chancery House, Chancery Lane London (TOG Group). The works was carried between September 2021 with completion in April 2023. The works consisted of a Category A and B fit out that comprises basement, lower ground, ground and 1st to 7th floors. Additional roof level (Level 8) plant room and open plant area. Please note the basement is predominantly occupied of which this area was excluded from the works, only exception was the change-over of the existing electrical supply onto the new LV distribution panel. The basement area received minimal builders works for refurbishment but received new lighting and general power throughout the contract areas. In addition, the basement mechanical equipment was completely renewed, the plant room (s) had been provided with a dedicated MCP1 panel of which the mechanical equipment was fed from, all supplies that emanate from the MCP panels had been provided by the mechanical contactor.
