Scope of Works
265 Strand was a 77000sqft CAT A and CAT B fit out. This included both office space and educational space in the heart of the west end stooped with history. The entire building was restored externally with a full fit out within, a brand new cloud based lighting control system, fire alarm system, refuge / accessible alarm system, life safety generator with multiple automatic transfer switches and numerous individual UPS systems resulted in an architecturally beautiful finish with bespoke light fittings and high end finishes.
