72 welbeck street consisted of 4 floors of CAT A fit out, a new reception on the ground floor with EOT to the lower ground floor. The new roof terrace and kitchenette constructed on level 6 complete the footprint to a total of 97,000 sqft. Positioned in the heart of central London, this building was transformed from its previous office fit out life ready for new CAT B projects which included maintaining and servicing a generator on the roof, a full modification of the fire alarm system and brand new Bluetooth access control system.
