Scope of Works
This project was a CAT B fit out working alongside BW: Workplace Experts for a new prestigious office space which included, the Electrical Distribution, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Small Power and Fire Alarm. The space was a mixture of private offices, open space working, Commercial kitchen / canteen and external courtyard. The project was successfully handed over snag free and signed off by the fantastic Lorenc design associates. The project resulted in our huge input into gaining a SKA gold accreditation for the office spaces environmental assessment and the end result was nominated for the mix awards 2024 and BCO awards shortlist for the London region.
