Phase 1 of a major fit out. The works comprised a high quality fit out of toilet areas, common parts & reception.
Winters brief was to isolate & strip out the existing common parts services, survey & report on the services to be retained, & refit common areas. Works were carried out to consultants design & included;
- Supply & installation of lighting to common areas & open plan offices.
- Isolation & strip out works including environmental safe disposal of UPS systems & lamps.
- Mechanical wiring to newly installed mechanical plant.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
