Complete design and build of the mechanical and electrical refurbishment of the office development
The refurbishment and spliting of 40,000qsft of office space into 3No stand alone office units, including the provision of dedicated electrical and mechanical services to serve the newly formed units. The works included the provision of new plantroom areas, complete mechanical services, BMS Controls, fire alarm services, access control systems, lighting controls, external lighting and metering. The Mechanical installation design and build was undertaken with Winters mechanical partners.
