Scope of Works
Refurbishment & extension of 7 storey building to provide commercial office space.
Major refurbishment & extension of an existing office building to provide new commercial office space at lower ground to 5th floor level. The works, including full design, comprise strip out & disposal of existing redundant systems, followed by installation of new LV supply/distribution/public utility supply, general lighting & power, emergency lighting, telecommunications, disabled systems, CCTV, access control, security detection & alarm, fire detection & alarm, earthing & bonding, & lightning protection.
