Electrical upgrades, modifications, additions & testing
Carry out various electrical upgrades, modifications & additions within BT Operational (occupied) buildings, throughout London, M25 & the South East. Approximately 50% of the works generally included carrying out survey to ascertain faults, followed by the implementation of the necessary remedial works. The remaining 50% was for carrying out a periodic inspection & test of the complete fixed electrical installations within buildings as advised. Full test results, reports & appropriate certification was issued, with Monteray maintenance staff undertaking the remedial works identified.
