Scope of Works
Restoration of communal areas & 4No apartments within fire damaged mansion block.
Phase 1: Provision of generators, fuel & heating equipment to facilitate the drying out of the structure following conflagration & subsequent water damage.
Phase 2: Restoration of common parts & 4No prestigious, high value residential apartments. Works comprising of full strip out of existing fire damaged systems, followed by installation of new lighting, power, fire alarms, access control, earthing & bonding. All works to a very high specification, working with constraints set by the Residents Committee, English Heritage & the appointed Loss Adjusters.
