Scope of Works
The refurbishment of an existing cinema auditorium, associated plant spaces & control rooms, along with the installation of new themes to four attraction display areas.
Works comprise the stripping out of redundant & faulty systems, along with modifications, alterations & additions to existing systems to complete the refurbishment of the 4D cinema area.
All existing systems, such as mains distribution, earthing, lighting (including controls) & mechanical services power supplies will be refurbished. In addition to this, new lighting (including emergency lighting & controls installations), dedicated small power, data & controls cabling to new cinema equipment, CCTV & access control systems will be installed. the works undertaken have to be closely coordinated with various specialist packages, including cinema equipment & building management system specialists.
All works have to be carried out within & comply with all of the Client's working, noise & time restrictions, ultimately ensuring a timely & quality completion in time to meet the pre-determined opening date.
