Scope of Works
Electrical Upgrade & Reconfiguration for New Data Centre
We have recently completed the electrical upgrade & reconfiguration of Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station to form a new data centre on behalf of BT Global Services.
The works comprised the recovery of existing services, & the installation of;
-new perimiter & emergency lighting
-new PIR controlled suite lighting
-new distribution for rack supplies
-new UPS to back up mains distribution
-new I/O panel
-new rack supplies & containment
-new antenna structure wiring & distribution
The works were carried out so as to cause as little disruption as possible to building occupants, whilst still maintaining the Clients requirements in terms of programme.
