Refurbishment of this prestigious building for Westminster City Council.
The project comprised the refurbishment and alteration of the Basement, Ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors providing a revised layout to accommodate a childcare Nursery to the ground floor, PCT surgery rooms to the 1st floor and office space above within the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Internally the works generally included a full strip out of the existing finishes, demolition and internal
alterations of the existing layout, provision of new electrical services, including a new fire alarm system, installed by Winters Fire Services, Security System, lighting, power and distribution systems.
