Electrical refurbishment Works
Winters have completed a number of contracts at City University including the refurbishment of the 1970s Drysdale Building. The project was split into two phases starting with a significant demolition and followed by the fit out of the first and second floors. The fit out provided new offices and working space, a student career consultation area, a student health services centre, lecture rooms and general breakout areas.
Winters works included Fire and data installation, lighting, power and electrical distribution.
