Scope of Works
Electrical & Mechanical Refurbishment Floors 2nd to 5th and 7th, also Plant Room and Roof Top Plant.
A complete Electrical and Mechanical refurbishment of five floors of high end offices and roof top plant, which included replacement of roof top chillers, air handling units and circulating fans. Complete strip out and installation of Mechanical Plant room, control systems and main electrical panel and distribution systems.
The floors had a complete strip out, redesign and new installation of all pipework, ductwork, fan coils, cabling, lighting, power, fire alarm, disabled refuge, disabled alarm systems and electrical distribution systems.
Winters had the additional challenge of maintaining M&E services including provision of heating and power, to two floors of occupied offices, at a time when all the electrical services and mechanical plant and services were being stripped out and replaced.
